If you have a large, detailed or unique project or one requiring work across many spaces I offer a fixed price to complete the work. You won’t pay an hourly rate and the work will continue until complete.
Together we will spend time identifying the items that are no longer needed, wanted or used and I will provide advice on how best to discard, rehome or donate certain items. For some areas I will then be able to work autonomously to transform your space. Sourcing specific storage or organisational products may be necessary to implement real change in these spaces.
Product sourcing service
Cost:
$45 per hour (minimum 2 hours) plus the cost price of the item(s).
I can source, purchase and collect specific items for your project. This could include containers, dividers, storage items or specific items such as those designed for your pantry, jewellery, shoes, etc.
I don’t charge a premium on the products however a per hourly fee is payable for my time.
Unpacking service
Cost:
$55 per hour (minimum 6 hour booking)
Together we will use the unpacking process to ensure your new home is ordered and makes sense from your very first day, utilising your news space as efficiently as possible. In some areas I will be able to work autonomously. Eg kitchen or linen press.
Payment terms
50% deposit at the time of booking in order to confirm and hold your preferred date.Remaining 50% to be paid upon completion of the session. Payment to be made by direct deposit or cash.
Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a session. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours may attract a 50% cancellation fee (dependent on circumstances).
