I pride myself on offering a safe service to all of my clients. I have been triple vaccinated against COVID-19 and am happy to provide proof on request. I always carry hand sanitiser and disinfectant wipes with me and am able to wear a mask on request. I am happy to discuss any concerns you may have prior to confirming an appointment. The safety of my clients, their families as well as me and my family are of the upmost importance to me.

If you asked my clients they would tell you hiring me helped rid them of the procrastination of starting their organising projects and gave them hands on access to tried and tested methods and products. I pride myself on being personable and encouraging as well as professional and knowledgeable. In addition to this I provide a clear, no fuss fee structure at a competitive price point.
Absolutely, I am as flexible as possible when it comes to assisting you. I am happy to work during the evening or on the weekend if that works best for you. In addition to this, there is no additional fee for working outside of business hours.
I can guarantee you, almost every client I have worked with really believes their house is the ‘worst I’ve seen’. In reality for me, no matter what your home looks like it simply presents an opportunity for me to provide you with real help and assistance. I look at all spaces non-judgementally purely from a perspective of how I can help. Our goal, together is to look ahead at how your home can look and function once we’ve completed our work.

Absolutely not. Working with me offers you the opportunity to assess and reflect on your space and the things you own, how you use them and whether or not they still fit into your life and home.

I will encourage you to think realistically about the number of belonging you have in relation to the amount of corresponding space in your home and help you prioritise what is important. However, I will never force you to throw out or remove any items.

This will be the responsibility of the client. I can however provide helpful information about where to donate or dispose of certain items locally. In some circumstances I may be able to take with me and donate quality baby items as I regularly donate to the Dandelion Support Network.
I do recommend that you be present for all sessions. This gives you an opportunity to really understand the process and have complete control over what happens. Having said that, there may be certain times where I can work independently (after an initial consultation) usually when organising a less personal area such as a bathroom or kitchen or when unpacking certain rooms or spaces.
Yes. 100% confidential. This includes any information provided to me electronically or via the phone. The only records I keep are for invoicing purposes and I will never sell or pass on your details to any third party. My vehicle is unmarked and I offer a discreet and professional service to all clients.
